I use propane or starting fluid to spray around vac hoses (at idle) and listen for rpms to pick up. this usually gives a good vicinity to start looking in.

i got a boost controller and set it around 15psi. 3rd gear at 7000rpm, im only getting 8 psi. tryed reseting the controller but no luck. could this problem might be a clogged cat or bad turbo wheel. i got a ct20b turbo.
