Cant seem to figure out why my car doesnt want to run

Hello everyone,
I havent posted on here in a while but here is my current situation, hopefully someone out there will have some insight for me

My car has been down for roughly a year now,
and I just recently got the funds together to get it back up and running.
Right now I have the car attempting to start but never reaches idle,
and also wont stay running unless u give it some throttle. (It only trys to run like this sometimes)

Neways I just put in some stock inejectors/fpr as well as the stock ecu.
The problem im having is, with the stock ecu plugged in, the fuel pump never runs.
But when I plug in my Power FC the pump will run and the car will attempt to start.

I did have some rather old gas in the car when I first tryed cranking it, which i pumped out and replaced with some fresh 93.
But it still didnt want to start and idle under its own power.

What else could be causing this problem?

Im wondering if my AFM isnt working properly and maybe the reason it doesnt want to idle?

Im desperately trying to get my car running after its been down so long and its just trying to give me more and more problems...

If anyone has any ideas for me to try im all ears.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

-Derek

(forgot to mention the cold start injector has been removed)
(Guess I left out alot, my car was originally NA and was swapped to 93T.
The old owner hacked the body and engine harness horribly.
Ive replaced the engine harness and have a body harness on the way, thanks to jeffbeezy73,
but I dont feel switching the harness is going to solve my problem.)

Ive noticed on mine that the MAF plug wasnt makin a good connection.... and it would try to stay running....sputter... and die. I would give it some gas and it would stay running for a sec but then die. I pulled the plug off and used some new socket grease on it and it was fine. Ya may wanna try that. idk...hope that helps!

Its just really weird because, I had a ground problem with the starter relay.
Ran a new ground for it so it would crank from inside the car,
and on the first crank it fired up and tryed to run for a minute (this was on the year old gas)
Then I took out my rail with the 850's in it and put in a completely stock rail and fpr and it wasent really having it. (also 3 of the 850's were leaking)
So after testing the new rail, no leaks, resistance checks out, I was hoping it would just fire up and run..
But right now its fighting me pretty hard.

the cold start injector plug....are you sure that's something you can remove? You're having problems with a cold start after all..

Tried to check for codes with the stock ecu (which doesnt run the pump) but it would just flash the check engine light repeatedly and with the power fc it just stays lit.

We did some testing last night and found another problem.
Seems the IGT wire coming out of the ecu is only getting .6 Volts while cranking and the spec was .8 - 1.2

Yes it has been removed.
I just found it the other day actually so I may try putting that back in there to see what happens.
