Exterior Black Plastic Part b/w Windshield and Hood
Hey, so this MR2 I am looking at has an ugly black plastic piece b/w the windshield and hood...its faded and cracked...I won't mind the fade but its cracked. What is the name of this piece, how much does it go for, and how easy is it to replace this piece. Thanks guys...if all goes well i will pick up the car but it needs alot of TLC...it has potential I would say

Depends on whom you ask. On old DSMs, it's called the windshield garnish. It's easy to remove, I had to take mine off to fix my wipers. It's held on with a half dozen (give or take) philips-head screws. Dunno how much a replacement is, but I've seen one on here in carbon fiber.

I appreciate your response to my question! Turns out I didn't get the car I need to the cash for something else, the car is more of a want than a need kinda thing, one day but for now just a dream...
