3S-GTE JDM 3rd Gen Turbo Engine Down pipe.

I looking for a good down pipe for my gen3. I noticed that all the ones I look at on eBay and other sites don't have the extra bolt on the flange where it mounts to the Turbo. Does it matter if its missing this bolt or do I have to find a gen3 down pipe?

You just have to remove the stud in that location. Other then the 7th hole/stud, the ct20b and ct26 discharge flange patterns are the same.
