Spotted!!

I was driving down HWY96 today around 3pm this afternoon and I was sitting at the stop light at the intersection of 96 and Hodgson rd right by the BP gas station and Dairy Queen. I spotted a blue deuce with 94 plus taillights. The car looked like it was lowered because it was bouncing all over the place. There was an asian guy driving it and he was on his phone. THE CAR WAS SICK.
WHO ARE YOU!?!?!?!?!?
