Not really sure bout the rest of the people up here. Seems like everyone has their own site, haha. Course, if you read the stickie, the portland area people are very busy on their cars.

soo a sr20det'd sentra eh?
i had one, red top...had issues with busting axels...with a damn stock motor, although i do miss 5th gear to 3rd gear drops on the freeway, would pull like no other!!!
are you having any issues with it? who did the work on it?i'm hella interested in how DailyDrive'able it is, as mine wasnt, which is why i sold it.

its freaking great although right now i am running a open downpipe. haven't had an issue with busting axels, thats weird cause my bro was turbo in his sentra never busted 1 axel fro teh 4 years that we drag raced it.

I have not had 1 issue with it at all. well if you have read the above thred that says the workshop group, grease monkey helped me do alot of the work and he is a veru knowledgeable guy. my runs awesome. shouldve never sold it.

what kinda clutch wre you running, and what mods?

i wanna say like 15-17psi
and some stage 2 clutch.
still had the top mount
and i believe there was an issue with using the stock se-r tranny, so they used a pulsar one.IIRC, this was about 3yrs ago... :'( i have since forgotten about this project and tried to move on since it...it was a rather large investment, that i could have done myself(looking back on it) and it would've comeout better, since i did all the work on getting the info for the swap......then paid A TON of cash for the install! burns me up thinkin about it.

what size turbo? 15-17psi is quite a bit of boost for the t25 turbo, which is actually over max boost for the t25. Also a top mount still on there o man i bet that was heat soaked like hell. and a stage 2 clutch isn't 2 bad. Are you sure they used a GTi-R transmission? caus ethe GTi-r transmission is a AWD tranny. Yes you could have done it yourself and also there are quite a bit or SR20 guys out there that know what they are doing. www.sr20forum.com this forum is based on teh sr20 and man they know thier stuff. but other that that my car runs great and i am only running 8psi of boost.

1st and 2nd gear are a waste cause i can't get any traction.

yea, i couldnt get any traction in 1st or 2nd either..as far as the tranny and turbo..
tranny--IIRC, i was told that it was outta a pulsar. i dunno
turbo--i dunno what it was, i just know that the boost gauge said 15 or so.
i really wanna build another one, but...i have a few mr2s that need to be finished and a mini truck that REALLY needs to be done.. i might just park the mr2 for a bit(read: year or so) and finish all the other projects [jeep, mazdamini, and lastly mr2] but i really wanna build another sentra, after reading a few of the things on that board, Thanks LENG!!
