Hey guys. How are things going? I haven't been around because I took my car off of insurance for the coming winter months. This will give me a chance to work on the suspension and cooling issues I've been having.

Hey Zai; what was the other place to look for leaks other than the bleeder/drain plugs? You said it was under the car but I can't remember what specifically it was.

Take care guys.

Well, I hope it's not too serious Leng. Heater tubes at the mounting tabs, Ben. Fishing was very slow. Between the 6 of us we only managed to catch 3 fish, hah. Lots of people there though, maybe next time we pick a different lake. Steve and I may go again next sunday if anyone is interested.

I'm prob not going to be down at the shop the next couple of days, have some things to take care of. But I should be down there Wednsday.

man that sucks, it would be fun to go fishing again, if you guys have a plan on where to go let me know. I still think renting a boat is the way to go if we go back to promontory park. I just got a 1 day thing but I wouldn't mind getting a year round one if we do it more often, it's kind of a nice break from the car thing.

Hey guys. Just stopping in to say what's up.
I've been trying to keep my grades up, which would be much easier if I didn't have the 24/7 distraction of a 3 year old, but I'm managing.
Ultimately if I can keep a 3.0 or above, I'll have no problems getting my license and the end of February, because if I keep a 3.0 or above, it lowers insurance cost..which my mom needs, cause as it is, we just got a 72 hour eviction notice yesterday, for our apartment we're living in.
Fortunately, my grandma was able to wire my mom some money, even though my mom was upset she had to take it.

Anywho, just stoppin' by. I'm so much more comfortable with my car then when I first got her. Hills don't bother me anymore, and it's just all around great fun, i love my car.
The day or day after I get my license though, I'm heading up to the shop to meet all of you.

Sorry to hear fishing was slow, still sounded like a fun get together though.

nothing too new as of late, we are cleaning up shop so if you guy's have any long term projects please see zai because they may be thrown out or sold. I e-mailed Dilan about the 4age turbo kit and told him he's got until December or other wise we'll consider his stuff a Christmas gift to the shop for storage fees.

In the next few weeks we are planning on getting zai's car going again as well as the drag car project back in business but thats about it.

What do you have planned for the drag car? Thanks for the Rubbermaid idea BTW, worked great to get both transmissions back down here

As Seth said, we are doing some major cleaning, mostly storage. Throwing away a lot of stuff, hah. James, box full of blue interior including a whole dash pad, you were interested in? A few MKI parts, lots of bits and pieces for MKII. Don't ask me what I have, we don't even really know, haha. Just going through the boxes ones at a time. There's even a 50lbs box of toyota harness'. As we get time to go to storage and come back the spare parts pile is gonna grow so yr best bet is to ask someone who's been down here helping if they saw something you might need. Thanks to the guys who have been coming to help.

Yeah. I'll take the blue interior stuff if you have it. The I won't have to ruin my nice black stuff when I re-wrap pieces in suede. I could use a Gen2 turbo valve cover if you have a spare. Then I don't have to have down time while I polish/paint it. There's all sorts of random crap I might be interested in, so I'll have to think.

As for help cleaning out the storage, I'm slammed at college this term, but let me know when you guys are going to storage to clean up, and I'll try to come along out and help as best I can. Let me know when and where to meet up!
