Damned, man that really sucks Leng. Not sure what you can do bout it since it's a private party. They didn't have to be so negative about it, for sure. If you want, we can always just leave the blown engine on their lawn after we swap it.

Leng...wow...that's AWFUL!!!

I would defiantly file a lawsuit against them, as DMV suggested. Add in the racist comments he made on top of the fact the motor blew up, and it's pretty clear he was out to scan you. I would file a lawsuit for sure.

I also like this "leave the old motor on his front lawn once you get a replacement" idea. Heck, we should dump all of our junk on his lawn. What an a**, I can't believe he did that to you. I mean wow...

I don't have a lot of time until the college year in over in June, but if there is any work you are doing on it or repairs you are doing once the year ends in June, I'll be down there to lend you a helping hand. If I am able to get down there during the term at all on the weekends, I'll be glad to help you out in any way I can.

I am so sorry to hear they scammed you and then pulled that racist crap on you. I hope you are able to file a lawsuit and take them to court.
