so yeah I tired a few things zai about checking the grounds and there was the one on the back by the tails and the green efi or what ever relay that is but here is the odd part. It was still getting no power until I jumped it, that took a lot of tires but the volt meter was registered as charged. I let it run for 5 min after it started but then as soon as I turned it off and went to start it again nothing...totally dead, any idea's?

to some degree, they seemed tight but maybe surface corrosion like on how the truck was...I'll check that out, hopefully it's something simple like that.
I thought it was the crank sensor because the ground wire on that finally went tits up. I managed to "fix" it but had to butt connector it because it's that crappy steel or tin wire. I'll see whats up with it, I just dont want to tow it in for something retardid. With any luck I'll have the truck this weekend (sunday) I might get a day off work before then and if so I'll swing on by. |

Sure Chris. Any help would be appreciated. I was actually thinking bout maybe making a run to u-pullit this weekend if anyone wants to go. Been awhile since we've gone and looked around.
How much are you asking for the alltrac trans? I think Steve may be interested in it. I found that pic on the PIR site Seth. |

Aluminum Scrap Metal Prices, Aluminum scrap recycling prices for sheet, turnings, cast aluminum, litho, 5052, 6061, 6063 and UBC (Used Beverage Cans)
So figure $0.80 per pound , not considering it's considered dirty unless you disassemble the thing for the aluminum only, figure $90? hehe. |
