Hey all. I'm still around. Haven't forgotten bout ya'll. Just been busy as a dog in a fire hydrant factory. Some day when the sod business slows down a little maybe I'll make it down to the shop to hang out for a few hours. ttfn

Dont really know how much power it's getting, more than it was. hopefully at least 200 to the wheels but basically I just need to tune it, it's running pig rich. The exhaust was just the one that zai's shop did. The only thing is it's a totally different car now, I kind of have to relearn it again because the power comes on a lot differently.

Other than getting it tuned the only thing it needs it to get the body kit on and repainted. I got everything needed for it just have to save up the $$$$. should be badass when it's all done. Front end it bomex, sides greddy, rear toms, wing bomex and syms and side mirrors bomex. The plan is to do it grand prix white with maybe a black hardtop to it. All in all though it's about 90% done so their is a end in site just a few more little things to do.

Seth, do you have it set to OE timing? Would it be feasible to dial in a little advance with FI to get a few more ponies?

hey Zai, are you going to be around at the shop next weekend? I need to get off my butt and do this axle swap. Oh and do you have a need for turbo rear hubs and turbo shift cables? I'd be happy to donate them to a good cause?

Before I come down, let me know if there are any other parts I need, I have now the Camry intermediate shaft carrier baring mount thingy? and of coarse all the turbo axles. I'm not sure if I need the camry int-shaft since I'm using the mr2 tranny and not the 1mz trans? logic tells me I don't but I just want to be sure I don't make a trip for nothing.

Thanks man, I'll check back soon. Jon

Hey jon, I'm not going to be around next weekend. I'm going out of town for the holiday but i should be back the following weekend. Best thing will be to bring everything you have since it's gonna be a long trip for you if you forget something important.

I really need to get a digital camera, you guys should see what I'm tinkering with on my car today, heh.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

As of yesterday, my brother is a dad!

Hope to see you soon Jon.

Thanks for the help Vince. Hoping to get the new front lights and front of the body done soon. Will post some pics so we can take a poll on what everyone thinks. I'm using lexus es300 headlights and they flow pretty evenly with the front end. Even the parking light strip lines up with side strips.

Looking to go dyno soon if anyone is interested. Really have to get a good baseline of what I'm at now and I'd like to see what my top speed potential is with the hybrid trans.

Sounds cool, well looks like a got another car. jason got a 2nd gen Rx7 for $300 and other than being primer black it's not half bad, not good but not bad. I might just slap some cheap suspension on it and do some minor stuff to it but it runs and drives good.
