Hey Guys just found this discussion group. I'm trying to find a local (pdx, Vancouver) Shop to fix my door and re shoot my 89 S/C. All the shops I've found either don't do repaints, or want an arm and a leg. Body is pretty straight but paint looks like Maco gone bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the board slydog... as for helping you out, im know nothin about the Vancouver area, but i believe a few members are from around your area so be a little patient and others will gladly help ya out!

Hey Sly, I'm pretty new here to. Im from the portland area and I know this guy that does great work for dirt cheap. I dont have his number right now but I'll see if I can track him down. It might be a couple of weeks but I'll post back and let you know when I track him down.

Thanks for the help. It would be nice to get the car back on the road in decent condition this coming summer.

hey. call this number. its modern motion motorsports. the owners name is kevin. i worked there all summer, till my dads job moved us up to astoria. tell him the josh that used to work there told you to call him. he might be able to help you out.
