South Eastern Washington club
Do we have a mr2 club in south eastern Washington? Lets say around the Tri-Cities area?

Nope. Other than the small group of MR2 folks that meet up for the TC area autocrosses there isn't really a club presence. I had one drive arranged last summer around this area (Pullman) and I had BC/Canada and Seattle folks show up for that and no one local.
If you go to the AutoX this month you'll meet a couple I'm sure. |

It will be at the dust devil's stadium parking lot on 1/26 and 1/27 - can't miss it. If you've never been to/in an autox before you can ride along on a run, it's pretty fun.
