Well my car is sold. Will be departing on Thursday.
Kind of interesting: It's a father and son(teenage) that have done some restoring and rebuilding. They want to return it to stock form. They must realize there are only 350 yellow Rx-7s. On to finding a bike! |

Hey Paul, Roy had a question about your connecting rods. Please contact him in the AM to get it sorted out. He asked me if I knew if the rods you got were directional, but i dont think i've ever had them outta the box so i wasnt much help haha. I told him what i knew about the stock rods, but we figured we should get a confirmation so we'd know for sure.

With Eagle rods, the grooves on the rod bearing faces towards the exhaust side just like OEM rods I am told.

hey guys, i have a new project in mind, something for the less skilled people as a good learning build up. What I need are some seriously devoted volunteers who WILL PUT IN THE TIME AND EFFORT to possibly build up a 1/4 mile car. I figured i should ask for volunteers first before i decided whether or not to assemble parts. There are some people that are interested in what we can do and it involves some non-profit work. I dont want to make any assumptions just yet till we have volunteers, then i'll let you guys know what kind of car we may be building and who we would be building it for. Just to peak your curiosity.......It involves mounting up some light bars and sirens....heeeh.

light bars and sirens? Sure... why not... at least then we know what they'll run. Send me a PM on the platform you're looking at... I'll get some research done. |
