2007 Snake Run TN/NC/VA July 28th

OK, Mr Deux and I + a couple other MR2 guys will be attending a run of the Snake on the weekend of the 28th, weather permitting. One of the local Z clubs is already going too, so it will be a open run...ok well only Z's and MR2's so far, LOL. Just a heads up as I would like to see as many MR's there as possible...

For those who are new to backroading, the Snake consists of some very nice mountain roads in the near the TN/NC/VA borders...similar to the Dragon, but without all of the hype, crowds, and police harassment. If you need any specific info or directions, email me and I will try to coordinate.

I will also update this thread as the times and meeting places come together, as well as area attractions, etc.

I really enjoyed the snake, now that I am 8 hours from the dragon as opposed to 2 I will def. have to go on this road again

UPDATE due to recent weather:
Many of guys have said they will still be going rain or shine, but if you are coming from a distance, check the link page above the day / night before the run - as I will try to keep it updated...and of course keep an eye on the actual weather.
If the weather stinks Saturday, we will probably set another date.
