I'm hereby offering free beers at Hooters or the bar of your choice to the first Nashville/Middle TN resident who can show off his Mk2 to me.

NA, Turbo, whatever. I just need to see if I fit in the damn thing before I buy one online, and I'd like to have a passenger-seat ride in one if possible.

you wont find a RHD (right hand drive) mr2 for sale that is legal in the states.

Good luck on your search. Theres actually a lot of big guys with mr2s. Im 6'1" 200 pounds and i fit fine. Although to get in and out comfortably, i got a D style steering wheel.

id bring mine over, but i live kinda far away

Average Speed to reach Nashville in 18 hours: 139.6 MPH
Average Speed to reach Nasvhille in 20 hours: 125.65 MPH

My MK2 NA can go 125! I'll be there in 20 hours.

I'm going to need roughly $380 worth of beer when I get there.
And a u-haul trailer.
And probably a new motor.
And a fake ID to cart the beer back with.
So I'll gladly take $100 in beer and the rest can be spent on fixing my car and renting the uhaul.

dont feel that way...im 32, and an mr2 owner.

BTW.. im 6ft 1 270 lbs and fit with no problem. (I even have subs behind the seats)

youll fit fine.

My problem is that I'm taller sitting down than a lot of guys who are even taller than me. I'm down to 210lbs (Thanks, South Beach!) but I have a bit of ghetto booty.
