Next Event...The Paul Revere Ride, Friday July 14th

Well, the next planned event for the MidSouth MR2 Owners Club here in Memphis is the Paul Revere Ride (midnight drive). As it was planned out at the meet on Saturday... We will meet up at the IHOP at Wolfchase ( 2810 Wolf Creek Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133--across from the Target store ) at 11pm. Now this is late on Friday night. Then we will discuss the route we wish to drive. Then, at midnight we will go for the drive. We will all meet back up at the IHOP and then eat an EARLY breakfast and fellowship. So, unless folks just want to meet up again on Saturday at 2pm at the regular Sonic, there will be NO regular meet Saturday the 14th at 2pm!

Rules: NO racing, no alcohol, no acting crazy on the public roads. We adhere to the speed limits and common sense. We don't want to draw anymore attention to ourselves. We will have enough when folks see a long line of MR2s and sports cars. This is just to get together for something different to beat the summertime heat and have food and fellowship. Some minors are involved and some members have brought their children to this event. So, try and to keep the fun clean.

OFFICIAL ROLE CALL! Sign on now so I can have an idea of the number of folks to tell IHOP to have tables for.

FWIW Saturday the 15th "Under the Lights" at the Memphis Motor Sports Parks is the O'Reily's 200. NASCAR Craftsman Truck series race. For those coming from out of town this could be a weekend deal. If you like the NASCAR Truck series.
