5sfe starter with 5vzfe engine?

Ok, so my car now has power and the starter will just "click" but not turn the motor over. Im using:

5vzfe enging
1mzfe flywheel
3sgte clutch and transmission
5sfe starter

Is there something wrong there? Is the 3sgte starter different? Is my starter shimmed wrong? Thanks for the help.

remove starter, bench test.

Yes, that is an easy thing to check. However, Im wanting to know if that setup should technically work or if there are any obvious issues from my setup.

I used a camry one with my s54. I run a 3vz flywheel.
