need a s54. please!!!!

this might the wrong place to post this, but i have to give it a try. i just preformed a 1mz/5spd swap and it's running great, but the tranny i bought is grinding into second. i found one on but, the guy never responded. i would really like to get a tranny before the bear mountain meet. please help, anyone!!!!!!!!!

yes i did, nothing local. i would have to get it shipped, but would also be taking the risk of it grinding a gear. i'm trying to find one in half decent shape, at least with no grinding into gears. i trust the people here more than a scrap yard.

Hmm, there are gonna be a few V6 mr2s at bear mountain =p

Post a WTB thread in the PA regional section of this board and mr2oc, thats your best bet.
