Mr2 BGB for 3vzfe? (torque settings)

Hey i know of the BGB for the 5sfe and the 3sgte, but is there a book like that on the net for the 3vzfe?

I need some of the torque settings.

Rod Bolts
Main Bolts
Head Bolts
Cam Bolts
Cam Gear Bolts
Crank pulley Bolt
Flywheel Bolts (usually just use air and loctite)

I think thats just about some of the things im looking for. I also wouldnt mind knowing the ring gap size either.

I need some of the torque settings.

Rod Bolts - 18 ft lbs, Then 90* turn
Main Bolts - 45 ft lbs, Then 90* turn
3 8 5 2
1 6 7 4

Head Bolts - 25 ft lbs, Then 90* turn, then an additional 90* turn (i remember this with the 5sfe i wish there was just a number instead of these 90* turns)

8 1 3 5
6 4 2 7

Cam Bolts - 12 ft lbs
6 2 3 8
5 1 4 7

12 8 4 2 6 10
11 7 3 1 5 9

Cam Gear Bolts - 80 ft lbs
Crank pulley Bolt - 181 ft lbs
Flywheel Bolts (usually just use air and loctite)

I think thats just about some of the things im looking for. I also wouldnt mind knowing the ring gap size either.
I added the torque #'s and tightening order to be polite to people who search
