Sorry, I misread your post. Use the IQ20s, as those are for the 3VZ.

I saw 91 turbo.

so these would be best in a NA 3vz?

i really dont want to ever have to change them again. that back bank seems like no fun when the motor is in.

You can do it really easy without removing the intake mani, you just need an adjustable pivoting wrench.

I went with stock 3vz sparkplugs from Mr.T, don't see a reason why you would need to get anything else for a stockish 3vz.

I used the IK20s in my mom's 2000 Camry 5SFE with wasted spark direct ignition. They lasted just under 120k miles even though the spark fires twice per cylinder (intake, exhaust) like the 1MZ. I changed her over to iridiums at 90k miles, and her engine started misfiring at around 208k miles. The problem? The ground electrode wore down. The iridium tip looked brand new.

The super long life SK20R11s would last even longer because the ground electrode has a platinum tip, but the IK20s surprised me with their long life. I'm not sure how long they'll last in a distributor based engine like the 3VZ with the IQ20s.

If you're wondering, Denso marks the thread pattern with the second letter. The 2VZ and 3VZFE were the last modern Toyota motors to use the Q thread pattern. Most Toyota engines I've seen these days use the Ks. Both the 3VZE and 5VZ use the Ks, which can cause some confusion.
