Great looking build, built to a purpose![]()
hey
does anyone know what thread the oil pressure switch has? i would like to install a y-adapter one for the pressure switch the other side for the oil feed line to the turbo!
where did the recently known turbo setups take the oil for the feedline to the turbo?
thx for your help

That car sounds better than any other v6 swapped 2 I have ever heard!! And you seem like you can rally handle your car very well. Thanks for all the vids brother, they were very entertaining. Sorry I can't help you with any info on the turbo setup though. I'm running a 3rd gen 3sgte so I have no idea how to do that with your v6 conversion. Good luck and keep having fun!!
some news for you! the megasquirt is working, the turbo found its place and as usual i am still waiting for the parts! i still have a little problem. the passengers driveshaft has a support bracket. i thought that i can use the one from the 3sgte but it doesnīt fit to the 3vzfe. are there any solutions for that?

are you talking about the oil pressure sensor? It is in british standard pipe(instead of National pipe thread aka NPT) and at 1/8" i believe.
EDIT!! crap sorry i'm still sleeping, i don't know for the V6.
Running the risk of using catchcries/sterotypes I'd say that car/build is 'uber'
thank you! it costs a lot of energy to develop and calculate everythig for my needs! but i really hope to fire it up in the end of this saison!!! all guys are driving and i am working in my dirty workshop with cold german beer! :-)
Nice setup you got goin on there..
you can use the original camry v6 axle carrier/engine mount with the e153 axles!!! you just need to cut of the engine mount! i will take a picture of it next time!!!
last weekend i have finished the downpipe and fitted the blitz nür spec to it! it is just pointed, but a good friend will weld it the next week for me!
edit: the turbo and the intercooler will be insulated!!!

very nice car!! looks fun as hell
Hey Guys!
Just a small update! I think the full electric thing is nearly finished. There are only some details left to do. But as you can see, the loom is much bigger as i expected!
As you can see, i worked hard on the car. The last parts are coming this week, so i hope to finish all neccesary things for the first startup on christmas. On the picture you just see a prelook of the enginebay, because i assemble and disassemble everything a couple of times to avoid any collisions or just to find ideas to make things better.
I hope the cnc machined parts arrive today or tomorrow. I designed a new holding bracket for the right axle. Because a remachining of the original not fitting!!! toyota v6 bracket is in my eyes not save and the original part is quite heavy.

I also designed a new gas cable holder, because a selfmade part doesnīt look so nice.
Then i use another water flange. I donīt need all these toyota vsvīs and the coldstart switch. I build a much shorter version of it. It takes the watertemp sensor and the connections for turbo and twice wastegate cooling. The return lines of them have their own solution! ;-)
I can also offer a distributor cover, if you are using pencil coils like me!
Currently i am working on a new intake manifold, for my second fully build engine! Iīve got a concept and also done some pressure tests up to 30bar, but i still have to improve the distribution to the first and the sixth intake runner! If it is finished and iīve got the first prototype for tests i will show it to you!
Thatīs so far....wish me luck for the upcoming engine start! Heiko
This is great stuff man! Any updates?
@ImmortalSoul219: sry...no! i am in my final examinations, so time is my problem, and some of cnc machined parts are still missing. but i am pretty confident to drive it in march or early april!
are those m3 dual spokes? the wheels...
Nice build, love the turbo setup. What ur project status
yeah...still working on a lot of details! should be perfect in my eyes for the first startup. the last neccessary parts have arrived last week, so i am strong looking forward to start it up as soon as possible!![]()
this car is like a dream come true!!!
