Is this a 3vz-fe?
I found a couple motors for the MR2 I'm looking to buy. I was a little confused though. One was for sure a 1993 Camry with a 3vz-fe, but the other was a 94 Camry and had this in it:

But, in the parts catalog, it shows the Japanese produced U.S. bound Camrys switched on 93/08, which is exactly MY1994 for Toyota, but the North American Camrys switched one month later on 93/09, one month into MY1994. So, either there were no MY1994 Camrys produced in America for one month, or they used the remaining 3VZs for one month. You can find the production date on the driver's side door jamb. |
